Why have a party at Bounce Depot?
Children love inflatables and our climate controlled facility allows your child to have a fun and entertainment filled birthday party regardless of the weather. We provide the set-up, help you with your party, and perform all the clean-up including carrying presents to your vehicle. You can customize the party to your liking with pizza and treat bags. Best of all, the children have a great time and mom and dad can enjoy the party, take pictures, or just relax, while our hostess takes care of everything!
How do I reserve a party?

How many children may I invite?
This depends on the Party Package. The Original Party Package includes up to 12 children, (birthday child and 11 guests). A party will share the bounce arena with the general public (limited to 12 general public children with original party, 16 general public children with a Bounce party.) However, with our Exclusive Party, you are allowed to invite up to 18 children. Also, with the Exclusive Party you will have exclusive use of the bounce arena as well as a private party room.
May I bring extra children?
Each additional child you bring that is over the Party Package limit is just $7.95. Make sure to verify your Party Package to avoid confusion regarding the number of invitees.
Are there age restrictions?
Children under 3 years of age may enjoy our inflatables. However, they must be accompanied by an adult while on the inflatables.
Are there weight restrictions?
Each inflatable has a maximum weight notice on the front entrance area. We ask that you pay close attention and follow each inflatables guidelines.
Can I decorate the party room?
We have designed and decorated each party room to ensure a party atmosphere. We restrict the use of silly string and confetti in our facility.
Can I bring in food?
We provide a decorated cake, ice cream, and soda for your party package. You may bring in pizza from an outside vendor or have us provide it for you for a nominal fee. However, homemade food items may not be brought in to our facility due to health regulations. No dips, cheese meat trays, or any items that may result in spoilage when exposed to room temperature. Please note: we cannot allow products that contain nuts in Bounce Depot.
Can we bring in our own cake?
A decorated cake exclusive to Bounce Depot is provided with our party packages. However, you may bring a specialty cake from an outside vendor at your expense provided it has a date and time of pick-up stamped on it by the facility.
Can I tip the party hostess?
Tipping our party hostess is encouraged but not required for your party experience. However, in parties where adults exceed 10, and the adults are served, a 10% gratuity will be assessed.
Can I cancel my reservation?
A party booking requires a credit card number to hold spot or cash reservation of $75.00. ($45.00 for Build-your-own-party) Your credit card will not be billed unless you cancel or do not show for the party, then a $75.00 deposit fee will be billed. Your party reservation date or time may be changed, but is limited to only one reschedule. If a change is necessary, we ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled party. Also, in order to avoid the $75.00 charge, you must reschedule within 30 days.
Can we stay later than our alloted time in the party room?
Because we have other parties to prepare for, we ask that you exit the party room at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge an additional $15.00 for every 5 minutes over the scheduled party time.
